Return Policy

At Anvaya, we want to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, our return policy ensures a seamless return process. You may have the option to return any new product from Anvaya in its original and unworn condition within Canada. We allow a free return within the first 30 days from date of dispatch. Please ensure that you notify us at info@anvaya.ca within this period to be eligible for a return. 

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE BELOW MENTIONED GUIDELINES FOR ALL RETURNS.

Conditions of the Product:

To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be new, unaltered, original, undamaged and in unused condition.

  2. It must be accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and pouches. 

  3. All certificates provided at the time of sale, if any, must be included in the return. Failure to include these documents may result in cancelling of the return process.

  4. All tags, labels and protective coverings must be intact and not removed.

KINDLY NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. IF BY ANY CHANCE, YOU REQUIRE RESIZING OF ANY PRODUCT, YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM ANVAYA WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DISPATCH. ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONDITIONS NEED TO BE FOLLOWED. ANVAYA DOES NOT EXCHANGE THE PRODCUT BUT INSTEAD YOU WILL HAVE TO ORDER THE SAME PRODUCT IN THE NEW SIZE. MEANWHILE, ANVAYA WILL PROCESS THE RETURN.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you can easily contact us via email at info@anavya.ca and let us know about your return. Please be advised, that the email should contain all the information that you provided at the time of purchase such as name, address, date of purchase, order confirmation number, product details. If we require any additional information, our team will contact you at that time.

Once the return is approved, we will send a return label via email. All you need to do is print the label, affix it to the outside of the shipping box and drop  off the package at the nearest appropriate shipping center (FedEx).

Upon receiving the returned product, our expert team will conduct a detailed inspection to ensure it meets the return policy criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund.

 

ITEMS MARKED AS “FINAL SALE” OR PURCHASED DURING CLEARANCE EVENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.  ANVAYA DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM DESIGNS.

 

Please ensure to use the provided shipping label to ensure the safe return and efficient tracking of the product for faster processing. Please note that we will not accept returns if the provided shipping label is not used. Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment as used during the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change and refunds will be processed as per the invoice that you received at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY GIVEN TIME WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
