Shipping Policy

 Thank you for visiting and/or shopping with Anvaya! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures and policies. Please read this information carefully to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada for FREE. If you reside outside of Canada, please contact us at info@anvaya.ca for alternative solutions.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and ready for shipment.

We offer 2-day FREE shipping by FedEx from date of dispatch on all orders within Canada. This does not apply for custom made products as they will require more processing time. With regards to custom made products, we will inform you at the time of purchase on what the processing time will be. 

If you need your order faster, you can email us at info@anvaya.ca and we will do the needful at an additional cost.

Please note that delivery time estimates provided are based on the locations of major cities. If you reside in a more remote area, please allow more time for delivery. Anvaya cannot be held responsible for delayed shipments to remote regions where delivery services may occur only intermittently. All orders will be shipped out only once the entire payment is received.

Please be aware that any delay in the payment to reach the bank will not be the responsibility of Anvaya. 

 At Anvaya we prioritize the protection and satisfaction of our valued customers. To ensure a secure shipping experience, we follow these practices.

  • We exclusively use our trusted shipping partner – FedEx.

  • We require an adult signature on all deliveries. Our shipping partner will request for a signature at the time of delivery. Please be aware that your package will not be delivered without an adult signature at the mentioned address in the order confirmation.

  • We carefully package your jewellery box for a safe and secure arrival.

As we hand-select and hand craft each order, shipping times may vary depending on the product. 

Please note that the estimated ship date is just an indication and the package may arrive before or after the indicated date. Our team will notify the recepient once the package leaves our facility and the recepient will also receive an email notification with the tracking details. You can track the order’s live using the provided tracking number in the shipping confirmation email  by using the FedEx tracking page. For best experience we advise to create an account on our website to receive all order information including live status of your order and direct tracking of your shipment.

Please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you for a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly request that you personally accept the package upon delivery. After the package is delivered, Anvaya cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that the package is returned to us due to your unavailability, please note that Anvaya reserves the right to charge you re-delivery costs. 

 BEFORE ACCEPTING THE DELIVERY, WE URGE YOU TO INSPECT THE PACKAGE CAREFULLY. ANVAYA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED ATER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

If you haven’t received a tracking number via email, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder as it might have been filtered there. In case you do not receive a tracking number or  misplace your tracking number or if the deliverY status of your order is not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team at info@anavya.ca. Our support team will be happy to assist you in investigating the matter. Should you have any issues, be rest assured that Anvaya will promptly contact the carrier to resolve the situation with minimal inconvenience to you.

Please be aware that deliveries can only be made to physical home or business addresses, as the carrier cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes. Please note that for security purposes, w the shipping address and the billing addresses cannot be changed after placing the order. If you anticipate not being available at the specific delivery address, please make alternate arrangements to ensure that the package is not returned back to Anvaya.
