We at Anvaya specialize in Jewellery offered via the online store front under anvaya.ca.
The Company strives to present the products on the site as accurately as possible, making use of commercially reasonable efforts. Every effort is taken to ensure that the products are delivered with the best colour, design, quality and style of Anvaya products. The photographs displayed on our website portrays the original product. Variations occur due to technical colour restrictions and might vary from each individual’s electronic device screen resolution. Anvaya at no circumstance will be liable for any inaccuracy or error by the virtual display or photographs of the products displayed on the website.
If you have any queries about the product, you may contact the customer service department at any time by email at info@anvaya.ca. If an item of jewelry is not in stock, you may send us an email to determine when the product is available. You can also contact us to customize a product. As a result of the nature of our business, items my become unavailable before we can update the site. If this occurs , we will make an effort to reach out to you and explore possible alternatives. Please be advised that during seasonal occasions, we may run out of stock due to high volume. Anvaya will try our best to update and keep stock of all items.
All orders are made online through the Anvaya website and every order that is sent to orders@anavya.ca will be followed by an order confirmation and this means that the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions. By clicking the word “Place Order”, the customer agrees that all products in the shopping basket are to be processed. Any cancellation of order must be done within 12 hours.
All payments are made by VISA, MasterCard or American Express through our payment gateway PAYPAL. You also agree to any terms and conditions by Paypal while entering into a transaction.
By making purchases, you agree to be responsible for all fees and charges associated with your transactions, including all taxes at the applicable rates. In the event that the Company does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you understand that you are liable to settle all outstanding amounts upon Anvaya’s request.
Please be informed that the information, including prices, displayed on our site may occasionally contain inaccuracies due to system or typographical errors. We refrain the right to rectify any errors in such situations and will not accept orders with inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a products price is listed than its actual price, we may reach out to you before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. Kindly note that our prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without prior notice, and we do not engage in price negotiation for our products. CERTIFICATES
When you place an order for certified jewellery items from Anvaya, we will ship them to you along with the accompanying diamond certificate also known as diamond grading report from certifying laboratories. It is essential to note that Company merely provides these grading reports as part of its service and we’re not responsible for the contents of such reports or any reliance placed on them.
By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to waive all claims against Company concerning these grading reports. These reports are detailed and valuable documents and their replacement can be costly. Anvaya is not responsible and will not accept any product returned without this certificate.
We recommend to keep them safe at all times.
